Woher hast Du denn diese Information? Das ist ja total übertrieben.
Ich meine mich an eine Empfehlung von 5-10 Jahren erinnern zu können.

Du hast recht, auf der Diva-Seite wird tatsächlich ein jährlicher WEchsel empfohlen. So ein Unsinn.
Da würden ja auch zwei große Vorteile (finanziell+ökologisch) der Cups wegfallen.
